What do you know about the partner countries? |
Doncho Tachkov – a teacher of History |
I am a teacher of History of Bulgaria and
these countries are all related somehow to the history of Bulgaria. These countries
have great traditions, customs and culture. Romania achieved independence, however,
until after the end of the Russian-Turkish War in 1877. The Bulgarian
community argue that they are about 250 000 in In 1867, after unsuccessful attempts to
reform the Austrian Empire was transformed into the Austro-Hungary. A In 1923, Turkey was proclaimed a republic. Mustafa Kemal Ataturk carried out a fundamental change in the Turkish. There were European type of life.Islyam was separated, the Latin alphabet was instead of Arabic. Women have a right out loud. Later Mustafa Kemal adopted the name Ataturk (Father of Turkish). Poland is an
ancient country. Until the 18 th century Poland was one of the major powers
of medieval Europe. Later the country was shared by Prussia, Russia and
Austria. Lost its independence to the First World War. Impressive is the

Romania and Turkey are our neighbors, and
Poland and Hungary are the countries in Europe. Romania,
Poland and Hungary are the countries of the European Union and we hope Turkey to join soon. The capital of Poland is
Warsaw. In this country, the mountain is a beautiful Carpathian Mountains and
the Visla River, which runs through almost a whole country and flows near the town of Gdansk.
Turkey is a bridge between Southeast
Europe and Western Asia. Asian and European parts are separated by the Sea of
Marmara and the Bosphorus and Dardanelles straits. Hungary is located in the Carpathian basin
and is crossed by the Danube. Budapest is a beautiful capital city. Lake

Do you know what golden section is? |
Doncho Tachkov – a teacher of History |
I know that is a mathematical basis. For the first time I heard more about this
phenomenon from the presentation of the project and now I'm sure that most of the
mysteries of the existence of ancient civilizations and related monuments and
discoveries are made in relation to the concept of Golden section. |
Radka Klaklova – a teacher from Primary school / II-st grade/ |
I read the book “ Da Vinci Code” and know
about this issue from there. I understand that this phenomenon is found in
all parts of life. It is
so interesting and very exciting. |
Natalia- student from IX class / 15 years/ |
The
Golden Ratio /also known as golden proportion, golden coefficient/ is
irrational number which express ratio in parts for whom the smaller part is
relevant to the bigger part like the bigger to the whole. It’s marking with
the Greek letter „Ф” and it’s value is
1,618…. The golden ratio is not only mathematical term, its symbol for
beauty, harmony and perfection in the art, science and nature. The term
“golden ratio” is bringing by Leonardo de Vince’s as a proportion for the “ perfect human body”. |
Plamena – a
student from IX class / 15 years/ |
In the
Fibonacci sequence of numbers each number is the sum of the previous two
numbers. The d\golden ratio is 1,618…. |
Diana– a student from X class / 16 years/ |
I had not heard of "Golden section " before we get acquainted with the project. Now I realized that this is succession / series / of numbers that occur in different parts of our life. This is the number 1.618 ... and is denoted by „Ф” . It is something inexplicable, illogical, mysteriously for me personally and very, very interesting. |

What activities do you think we will do together? |
Doncho Tachkov – a teacher of History |
I think we
will work on any part of the project in each school and then we will share opinions
with our partners during the meetings. We will have
practical sessions. We
will speak on school issues in the schools where we work. We will enrich
our knowledge of individual countries, their traditions and habits. We will
improve our English. We
can make a product that we can introduce to a wider
audience. |
Radka Klaklova – a teacher from Primary school / II-st grade/ |
Each of the partner countries has a specific task. During the meetings we will present what we learned in the form of presentations. We will discuss the work of each group. We can work with our students. Either partner may submit a presentation by country and region from which he comes. Later to produce presentations with features in the architecture of the country, with features of music and dances, with examples of fauna and flora of the country. And why not have fun and be fun! |
Natalia- student from IX class / 15 years/ |
We will
search, learn, use, share information between us and the other partners. |
Plamena – a
student from IX class / 15 years/ |
I think
we will search, use, share information with other students about issues of
project. |
Diana– a student from X class / 16 years/ |
I hope our work together to be enjoyable and fun. Together to learn new
things on the subject and for each of the countries- partners. We will make presentations, we
will learn, talk, discuss and know more for everyone.
I hope you spend great
time! |
